New state of the art cattery at Prospect Road Veterinary Hospital

Cats in the City, our new purpose built cattery, accommodates up to 30 cats at anytime throughout the year. Our feline visitors can now enjoy the comfort of their own room including separate "bathroom" for their litter tray and an impressive ventilation system ensures continous fresh air at all times.

'Nice dogs' live longer
Researchers at Sherbrooke University have discovered that obedient (or docile, shy) breeds live longer than disobedient (or bold) ones. Additionally, aggressive breeds have higher energy needs than unaggressive ones. The study shows how humans have unwittingly initiated a selection experiment on personality from years of domestication.
